“Raposinhos” means “little foxes”, and at Martinhal, children are encouraged to be just the same – active and inquisitive! A variety of toys, games, and puzzles helps keep little minds engaged and stimulated, through a programme of indoor and outdoor activities, always supervised by our team.

BOOKINGS Bookings must be made online before your arrival at the hotel. The best way to guarantee availability at the club.
CANCELLATIONS / LATE SHOW POLICY
Cancellation: Please cancel 24 hours before any pre-booked and paid session if you cannot commit or full charge will be applied.
Late Show Policy: Your booking will be valid until 15 minutes after the beginning of the session. After 15 minutes your reservation will be canceled.
NO SHOW: Please cancel 24hours in advance. In case of no-show to a booked session, the value of the session per child will be applied. In case of no-show to a booked session, any subsequent sessions booked will be automatically cancelled requiring new bookings, subject to availability.
HYGIENE Children should bring their personal hygiene items in a separate bag: nappies, wipes and diaper cream. Identify the child´s name.
CLOTHING Children should bring comfortable shoes and clothes, according to the activities and bring spare clothing in case of toilet “needs”. Place the clothes in separate bag. Identify the child´s name.
SUN PROTECTION Children should come with sun cream already on and a hat / cap.
SWIMMING For swimming activities always bring: swimming gear and goggles and a change of clothes. Towels are provided (Floating equipment not provided).
FOOD & BEVERAGE At Kids Club we provide, during the session, glúten free rice cakes. Please bring your own snack and drinking bottle. Identify with the child’s name.
REGISTRATION If there is no information, a registration form should be filled in by parents with all relevant details about their child. We recommend you to read the terms and conditions carefully. A Safety Password system is used to easily and safely identify the parents or other adults picking up children. The form must be submitted after the booking confirmation.
BABY CLUB Nursery/Créche activities are applied according to each group and specific age. Session = period between check in and check-out (if child leaves the club and returns later it is considered a new session).
