Lessons for Children – from 8 to 13 years old.
Lessons for adults – From 14 years old.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by their parents.

The best part about choosing surfing as a sport is that it is so much fun that without realizing it, you do several hours of exercise without wanting to stop!

Your surfing experience:

• Pick-up at reception at the agreed time.
• Transport to the beach, along with other participants.
• The trip may take up to 30 minutes.
• The experience continues upon arrival at the beach, where you will transport your board to the sand and put on your wetsuit.
• On the beach you will receive instructions on surfing, the sea and safety on the beach and the out of water warm-up begins.
• After warming up you are ready to hit the water and catch your first wave!

Praia do Amado This is our base, located directly on the beach a few steps from the waves and offers the following facilities:

• Fresh Water Showers
• Picnic tables
• Surf Essentials Mini Store

We are located next to a cafe that serves food and drinks.
